The 1st session what we stared to test was the Campaign Builder Plan. The session design contained 4 elements: vision, objectives, values and checklist. We went trough each step of the session and by the end of the process there was two important lessons what we find out: 1st we realized that is a weak link at this point between the checklist and the session. The 2nd thing was that instead of checklist we should add establishing the results of the campaign builder tool.
The 2nd session – Step and Activities. This testing process took as around 4 h. We started by clarifying who could be involved in campaign and then we moved further by establishing the results. After we had established the results and stakeholders, the next step was to brainstorm and cluster the activities. Here we discover the 1st
problem – should we make steps under the phases or not. By going deeper with the discussion we realize that we had establish the wrong results in the beginning – instead of the results for campaign, we established the results for campaign builder which is a tool. That meant that we have to come back and rephrase the results in a correct way, so we can check the activities correspondence with the results and stakeholders. After rephrasing the results and returning back to the clustered activities, we understood that we can work by going further in creating steps for each phase. The last part of the process was dedicated for thinking of success factors and challenges in campaign planing, implementing and follow-up process. This part went very smoothly and we didn't discover any more gaps in the entire process of the planed session.
If someone would ask me what is the main lesson of this meeting I for sure would say that testing and repeating definitely is one of the keys to successful results. You never know how will come out in the end, but for sure by testing in safe environment you have opportunity to identify the things that are and can go wrong and to plan how to change it for better results. The testing is the locker of the planing key.
