Sunday 11:00 we met and we started with going trough the entire agenda – discussing and testing sessions. Before going into discussion about the content and methods of the sessions we decided to split the session between us - who is leading each session in the seminar. After establishing this we started with session “Clarifying concepts” - the 1st plan include to clarify 6 concepts and Ladder of Youth Participation. And Guess what the time what wee needed for cover all this was 4,5 h, this was the 1st sign that we have to cut some element out of this session – we had only 3 h maximum what we could offer for this session.
Going step by step trough the session we decided to take out two concepts: what is youth and what is community development. After taking out the concepts, the thought of sending the priming material to participants came into the discussion. Well fro this moment this idea is still in our minds and need to be discussed in further meetings. Other thing what we came up was to split the entire 3h session in 2 separate session: one dedicated to concepts what needs to be clarified and ladder of participation.
The next session on our discussion table was – Overview of the campaign. The session need to be tested, so we decide to prepare the graphics for testing the session and to meet for testing the entire session the next day.
